Knock, knock … who's there? Our newest team member, Samantha!
You may have heard a new voice when calling the office recently … we are happy to officially introduce our newest team member, Samantha Jones.
Samantha recently graduated from York University where she obtained an honors degree in finance and played on the varsity women's hockey team. She specialized in personal finance and is working towards becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Born and raised in King Township, Samantha is an active member of the community, coaching and playing soccer in the summers and hockey in the winters.
As a former Aurora Panthers player, she is familiar with the area and the great Aurora community and people. Samantha has previous work experience in administration and helped run her family's hydraulics business throughout university after the sudden loss of her father. As a result, she was exposed at a young age to the importance of financial planning, including estate and retirement planning. From this hardship, Samantha discovered an interest in personal finance and a desire to help others prepare financially for the unexpected.
